I've used wallpaper glue in the past. Afraid this might be toxic to the kitty if he eats it?

But I'm concerned if I go the water/flour route, that might encourage him to eat it.

mine would knock it over for being a never seen before object that might make a good toy but probably wouldn't eat it, even my bread lover, Tiger.

my cats eat weird stuff, but are picky in general. i don't think they'd try to eat that.

Our boys both have a penchant for cardboard boxes. They don't eat them but render them into confetti orally.

make a small sample of the object you want to make ultimately
leave it out and let them at it and see what they do

if they seem even vaguely interested, i would perhaps try spraying the "test" sculpture with something cats dont like
maybe a pepper spray or something like that? i heard some people use bitter apple spray?

my ophelia would totally fuck with it
