They have been using L-RAD (high frequency audio) for a few years now starting at the Pittsburgh G20 in '09, but I haven't seen where this has been used yet on the public, may have missed it of course.

I wonder if this is the death ray Nikola Tesla had in mind. All they have to do is tweak the frequency (increase it) and it becomes a microwave oven beam which I'm guessing would severely damage a person if it didn't kill them.
