All through this last week of Desmond disappearing the one constant relief has been our first and formost cat Tiger. We got Tiger some five years ago from Amy's parents due in part to his not getting along with their two labs. Amy and Tiger had become soul mates while he lived at her parents. Whenever she went over to visit she would comfort and befriend him in the loft he would hide in while the dogs were awake, so when we got him he was mama's boy and would flee me often as I had the ferrets. With losing two ferrets over the next two years we decided to get my first car Pigpen. Pig was a daddy' s boy through and though. We had him till 2010 when he disappeared while we were at the vibes. While we had Pigpen Tiger and I finally got closer due to me handling my own cat, I finally learned to become gentle enough for him. Then we got Desmond two weeks after Pigpen departed. Quite simply he was my soul mate. The next year and a half saw Tiger and I becoming good close friends due to me defending Tiger over Desmond when he was right and my boy was wrong. Since Desmond's disappearance Tiger is constantly by my side. When I cry he comforts me in ways I only dreamed of. If anything positive has come from this ordeal it has to be Tigers friendship that is carrying me through, it seems we are finally the friends I had hoped we would one day become. In simple words 'Thank You Tiger' Ray

Finally on day five Desmond shows up at the window like all is cool. The first thing he did was head butt me and went to the food bowl. He had not ate well which leaves us to believe he got locked in a neighbor's shed or garage and ran for home once the door opened. Thank you all for all your love and support through this week, if it had not been for my vibe family and of course Amy & Tiger I would have lost my stuff. As Amy has pointed out quite a few times the bond between Desmond and I is strong. DESMOND IS HOME AT LAST!
