so i'm doing better today but i forgot to add one complaint from last week's appt so i'm going to add it - cause it's a bit of a mind blower, imo. going to try to go without percocets today, too

soooo, my complaint - - my BACK is going to burn on the left hand side. the doc said that because i'm so thin, the beams are going to go right through me and a part of my BACK is going to burn.

i have your blue bin set out and ready to go so i wont forget it...you arent working on thursday, right?
since there is nothing important in it, i may just leave it just inside the door to my tent so you can come grab it whenever you wanna come by velcro
i cant promise i will be at camp much on thursday as it is one of my two favorite days of music! but i will try to be there for at least some of the pig roast

oh! and i carefully wrapped your walking stick in bubble wrap so it wont get dinged whilst jammed in the Bears truck
it still pains me that i forgot it at mtn jam when you could have used it the most, but i am excited for you to see it and hope you love it!
its not fragile, i just want it to be perfect the first time you see it
then, it can acquire the naturally occurring dings and bumps that all sticks get as they are used...

i have ankles!



i haven't had ankles in at least a week and a half but when i woke up today i stretched and made some circles with my feet and felt the difference right away. i went to a restorative yoga class last night but other than that i have no idea why they're suddenly so much better. don't care!
