i pretty much just slept and slept and slept today and then i just had something to eat. going to eat something else and then probably go back to bed, almost felt like a relapse on the throat thing this morning which would not be good.

i forgot to tell you about a funny Diamond story. on sunday my brother mowed the lawn but i was too tired to get up and sure enough when he was done he opened the door and yelled in, to check on me. Diamond immediately got off the bed and ran down the stairs, to the bottom i gathered, where i heard my brother talking to her. not feeling like yelling i told him to just come upstairs but as soon as he put one foot on the bottom step the fierce Diamond-of-the-no-claws attacked his leg!! being bigger than she is, and since she wasn't actually hurting him, he kept going anyway and she followed him up the stairs, jumped back on the bed and laid down right in front of me and in between the two of us! how cute is that!?

i joined a CSA for the season at $12.50 a week. since i don't cook much, i'm going to be asking for random veggie recipes i'm sure! they'll bring the 'basket' that i choose online right to 'where i work' and if i don't feel up to going out that day a coworker would bring it over.

thank you all! my sister arrived last night for my first round of taxol today. little nervous. they used to tell patients that taxol was easier but they don't anymore. they've got a good handle on the side effects from the cytoxan and adriamycin so the taxol tends to be the rougher portion now. we shall see, hopefully i don't have any allergic reaction to it. that would be good for starters.

crazy. was there from 10am to 4:15 or so! it made me really dizzy right away so i closed my eyes so they weren't trying to focus on anything and then gave in to benadrowsiness off and on right up until the end. except i had to pee 6 times all together and took a drunk like scenic route to get there. wheeeeeeeee!

when we left, my sister used the parking dude and had gone a little ahead of me so they were all waiting for me as i wove my way down the walkway and by the time i got to them they were all laughing. came home and slept till about 8, had a little dinner and we've just been hanging out. huge waves of nausea come over me so i'm glad i have the wrist bands on. this one is supposed to be less of that so i'm not sure what's up.

ok, getting ready for bed. i mean recliner. or couch. or, when i feel better, the mattress in the guest room. i love you all sooooo much!!! i bought nice soft handkerchiefs because i know i'm going to be all schmoopie when i see everyone.
