Poor Man's Whiskey are a MUST SEE band, I can't believe I've never heard of them before. They start out in a semi-bluegrass configuration with mandolin, banjo, stand up bass, harmonica but also have a drummer, then they go all in-your-face guitarmageddon type stuff, add keyboards, impressive vocals, the lead guy sounds like a much better Greg Allman and the harmonies are impressive, if just 2-parts. My booty is tired today.

Never underestimate the degree to which women, especially pretty ones, will stab each other in the back. This group of supposed friends who hug each other and seem like a tight knit group, when you say something nice about one of their friends will give you this cruel litany of everything that is wrong with them. Well, FUCK ME! Tenant just gave me twelve days notice that she is using her security/last month's rent for December and will be out at the end of that month. I read the lease and I think she's out of her fucking mind based on what we signed. Going to my lollawyer's at 4. Don't fuck with my income, dammit!

Already have a potential person lined up, considering seeing if the chef at lolwork is interested too. He's caught between a serious rock and a hard place and could really use a fucking break. Yay for free legal advice to find out what my rights for possession are.

He's getting me a proper form for the next person and told me not to listen to people that are not lolattorneys for this stuff EVER again. It'll be fine just will suck for a little while until it gets straightened out. I lived here for 5 1/2 years without a tenant, I can certainly do it for a little while if necessary.
