What's the difference between 100 & 160 psi tube?

it the flexibility factor- how hot the water can be in the tube before the plastic is compromised (gets flexible/melts etc)
100 PSI will become flexible at 100 degrees. I don't like 100 psi hoops. They get really sloppy in the the summer - if it's in the sun, it's going to bend, warp and lose the integrity of the hoop.
Just my opinion though. I know lots of people make hoops with 100 psi becuase it's easier to find than 160.
