I bet it's a dual wall, where the outer wall houses the fish, and then there is a "tank" inside.

well.... in theory I mean that looks like pieces of thick plexi, superglued (or w/e) together, with fittings/plumbing cut in.

not all that complex. *I'd have to buy the sink top prefab though!!
