Hmmm... Arrogant? Howso?

Is it the Rolling Stones w/o Mick at the helm?
If the DSO performs St. Stephen would that mean as much to you as if the Grateful Dead performed it?

You kiddin'?

Any time I see friction between two posses, I'm gonna try to keep things moving as much as I can.

Yes it would be assuming the remaining members who were integral are still at it. Would I personally be as excited? Perhaps not, but that would not mean that Stones shows would not continuing speaking to folks, esp those who did not get a chance to see Mick at the helm.

However, I was merely yanking your chain, as I would not have projected an arrogant tone to your post.

I'm all for honoring the whatever works, and if it makes you happy approach, but I gotta tell you: it was a bit of evil fun watching their faces fall when I made that statement (and I know you're all about a bit of evil fun every once and so).

Yeah, I'm the guy that not only mentions, but goes into great detail about the 500lb gorilla in the room.
...I mean, someone oughta. ;)

Grateful Dead - 64 times
JGB - 3 or 4 times maybe

But I crammed them all into a small window of time, from 1989 to 95.

I lost the stubs to the shows I didn't tape, so I can only prove 99 shows. I sat down with Deadbase one time and tried to figure out the rest but I ended up getting confused.
