I have to admit, when Jerry died, I had no, I mean no idea who he was. Didn't get much coverage on MTV news, and I was 13. The next year I saw David Grisman, then Phish, then a year or two later I had a clue what I missed. Actually no, I still have no idea what I missed

Was fortunate enough to see a lot between '77 & '84, then back to a few shows a year/shorter runs after that.

Yeah, when those incredible setlists started pouring out (St. Stephen > The Eleven > Mason's Children, etc.) my friends were raving... I merely replied: without Jerry, it doesn't count.Shows with Jerry - 126 concluding at Highgate 1995
after Jerry - no count taken -it didn't seem so much fun to count anymore
I miss Jerry
...drove them nuts.
I miss Jerry, too.
