Funny things they say

any way let me preface this story w/ every time we're in the car & my girls say they have to pee - I ask if they can hold it i until they get home
so 4th of July we take the girls to west point for fireworks. It's a beautiful night, the band starts playing, & then Jess pukes all over me.
so we leave & are driving home. Jess starts crying saying her tummy hurts. I ask her if she needs to spitoooey (throw up) again & she says yes.
so Catie says "can you hold it in until we get home honey?"

We were on our way to visit my parents this past weekend and Eliza was crying. Maya's sitting next to her in the back seat and we hear out of her "I know, baby, I know."

he also has a made up brother named rico and sister named rocco, who apparently sleep in my bed.

He also calls us Mom and Dad now..we still get Mommy and Daddy, but it's starting to be more frequent to be called Mom and Dad.
When my sister's dog starts barking, he'll look at her very solemnly and say, Lulu, NO thank you--
And my favorite.. I hurt myself the other day and was whining a bit. Gabe came up to me and said, Mom, are you happy? I told him no, I was sad because I hurt myself. He said, Don't be sad, I will make you happy. I will hug you.

then he went upstairs to the bathroom and asked kev to get down the shaving stuff, because he has to shave because it is part of being a man, too.
he's really interested in the right way to do things, so he always wants to know what the "constructions" are.

a few days ago he told his gramma that she "should get a husband who isn't dead." no idea where that came from. as far as he knows she's never been married, and kev's dad is alive and well in another province.

my 4.5 yr old
Ronald McDonald- McDonalds
King Burger-burger king
crabby patty- hamburger (he gets mad if I order a hamburger, "I want a crabby patty". Sometimes I forget and actually order that at the drive thru , a crabby patty instead of a hamburger, if the person is a spongebob fan they totally get it and laugh. they can prolly hear him in the background, he's loud"
He has changed his name a few times too. this week he was emily.
If he dresses up in a costume, he says, how do I look? meaning who am I dressed as. god forbid if you say, "you look great"....NO!!!!! I'm Batman, now how do I look?...lol
He calls Ayla baby instead of Ayla. He made a present at day care and had the worker write "mommy, Cadance and baby" on the card....hehehe. Everything is "baby rolled over" or "baby is awake" they adore each other. He is one of the few people she reaches for.

yesterday, kev asked him something and jj's response was, "no, i'm just a kid who is four."
