What bothers you more, K? The fact that you were wrong, the fact that no one really cares what you said, or the fact that we had moved on from your usual inflammatory remarks?
Perhaps it was being called out on your spelling that invoked your need to continue this distracting narrative? Maybe it's just that you have a pathological need to get in the last word?
...or possibly it's just that any attention helps bolster your sagging ego?
Regardless, please regale us with more of your aged wisdom, or at the very least try to paint my reaction as more than the mere amusement with a self-righteous gnat.

That vid comes from a very storied performance of the Playboy After Dark series.great vid
...such a shame Mr. Hefner was too smart to trust drinking an unopened beverage, but apparently they "got" at least one of the cameramen (and you can see for yourself the band is in rare form).

Um, thanks I think!
I am in fact out from under an old rock, but if there used to be a fuckin dramawhore Mindbender before, it was someone else.
I used to be "August East" (several vibes ago) but it looks like that name's since been claimed by someone else, so I came up with "Mindbender".
Not typically much of a dramawhore either really, though I can see how calling a shit thread shit might have given that impression...
My apologies if so - guess I was hoping for more of a "St. Stephen Admiration Society" than a discussion of ingrown asshair and who gets the last word.
Anyway, great video, thanks for posting.

Hey... I tried, but when the thread started to become (yet another) desperate cry for attention from a self righteous individual I figured I'd go with it.
I kind of looked at it as trying to keep a few balls in the air at the same time: chat about the After Dark performance, and bat about the pathetic poster.

Don't think so, but in general terms I am pro-Brent. I don't think I fully appreciated him at first but he grew on me after a while.

From my viewpoint you started your (customary) crap from the onset. You were (and still are) being self righteous. Basically every post I read of yours is an attempt to bolster your ego in a self righteous fashion (note: you didn't even offer that you didn't realize there were 2 days of the Feast of Stephen, you merely posted which one you celebrated).
I didn't take offense (I'd actually have to care about what you say to take offense). However, I did respond to your (still) continued attempts at a) derailing this thread and
(your feeble attempts at) insulting me.Despite these repeated attempts I tried to encourage the original intent of the thread, but you being a last word freak still can't let it be.
Rather than ignoring you, might I suggest that if you have nothing constructive/productive to say in a thread then don't post it?

I love the contrast of Hef's guests dressed in the finest couture of the times and the complete "scruffiness" of the boys.I totally dig the videos and if i could go back in time this is one place i would visit.
I bet it was cooler than anyone who wasnt there will ever know.
The small interview at the bar between Hef's concrete queries & Jerry's far-out replies is also quite the juxtaposition.
...still, if I had a moment to go back in time I think I'd want to attend the **** test graduation.
