Cant poop. Needs to. $300 at the vet for 3 enemas and an xray....still wont freaking poop. I am too sore form playing 3 games last week to run him. Needs to poop. I dont want to have to pay to get that crap removed.

How can I make the Dude poop?

Also, how much chicken and rice should I be feeding him? He is 35lbs and 8 months old.

i had a cat that needed enemas. My mom gave it to him twice a week.

after the 3rd or 4th vet emergency, (of impacted bowels), is when we started doing the enemas. It wasn't too bad. Within a few weeks, he seemed to like it.

Oddly, my best friend's dog is 'the dude' as well and he has the total opposite problem; craps everywhere.

luckily chef Neil's 'dude' is a datsun, so small droppings.


My recommendations if your dude get's backed up again is to take him swimming. There was nothing in the world that would cause my old dog samson to crap more than a quick swim in the river.
