I don't think there's a colder place on Earth.
I have to go to Minneapolis in February.

this makes me think of that Lewis Black joke.
it was a minneapolis show on HBO or comedy central.

Rules of Engagement, track 1-3:
Minnesota Winters – 3:00
The Settling of Minnesota – 3:32
The Coldest Winter EVER! – 3:05

I suggest leaving plenty of time from your anticipated arrival to when you actually need to be there... I think I have missed more meetings bc of snow at MSP than anyplace else
I accounted for that...on the second flight out of DEN in the morning on Wednesday for arrival, and the second flight out on Sunday.

i've done Quebec City in February. only time my eyeballs ever froze solid. but the food in that city made up for it. where you eatin' in Minneapolis?
I need to watch Bizarre Foods: Twin Cities that premiered last night. Will let you know after review. It's where he lives, so it's got to be good.
