Get it done

I'm sure the bill seems daunting, but just do it. As long as you pay what you can afford every month, even if it's $10, you CAN afford it.

Many hospitals will reduce bills, even down to zero if you meet certain income guidelines.

All best wishes

You MUST have it removed, Don! You cannot put a price tag on your health cause without it, you have NOTHING!

I'm going to have him reevaluate it in a couple weeks and do whatever he suggests, as that is what the insurance will pay for, whatever he recommends. I do find it interesting that when i post that i may have a precancerous tumor i get a few well-meant comments, yet let certain other people break a nail and its a 5 page long "areyouok????" thread......

Shortly I will be, and those are the horns of the dilemma

this board doesn't get as much traffic as the family board, but yeah, I know what you mean.

I would definitely do something about it ASAP.

You should probably have that taken care of as soon as possible as it is now likely compressing a nerve.

This. Plus better to take it out while it is pre, than wait until it has morphed.

radiation, chemo and lengthy hospital stays are more expensive than a simple excision of a pre-cancerous mass. good luck with this.

I don't know anything re: precancerous masses, but I wonder if perhaps his demise might've been at all connected to this, if he could've thrown a clot, or something. Either way, this is a good reminds-me to take care of health shit sooner, not later. Death tends to do that. (boo)
