pushing someone is fairly minor; however did they: go thru a plate glass window as a result? injuries may be the deciding factor.
unless you have a history of violence there is no reason for them to pursue this.

pushing someone is in no way 'minor' IMO (unless you're a small child who hasn't yet learned to keep your hands to yourself) but i believe you when you say you are innocent of the crime you've been charged with. hopefully the DA will agree and dismiss this entirely.

Well, regarding criminal charges and degrees and possible sentences, it's pretty fucking minor, and without the circumstances known, could be very damn well justified in the real world that does not consist of faeries and glitterdust.
