that guy's shirts are hippie magnets at festivals. jay can't walk 2 yards without some stinky dreadie walking up and excitedly telling him how they eat kale.
Remember at stonehenge when I put that shirt on in the tent and told you to watch everyone tell me about their kale experiences. I didn't even have both feet out of the tent when it happened

they are taking a beat down on their FB page....
anyway, My hatred for chick fil a started years ago when I traveled to a large mall specifically to check the place out and found they are NEVER open on Sunday.
then when I learned why, I hated them even more.
and then when I learned they are bigoted douchenozzles, that sealed the deal.

Because Chik-fil-A's motto is "Eat Mor Chikin" they have the right to say that anything that uses "eat more" is infringing upon their registered trademark? Really?
Sounds like bullshit to me... I say "Eat More Fuck", Chik-fil-A.
Chik-Fil-A absolutely has every right to say that anything that uses "eat more" is infringing upon their registered trademark.
but the courts have the power to decide whether or not they're correct.
it's moments like this that make me wish i lived in Vermont. seriously.

Chik-fil-a knew they would not win this case in court when they started it. When they file a lawsuit like this, they are expecting that the other side will crumble under the weight of the costs to defend themselves.
Hopefully, the bad publicity they are getting on this stupidity will make them abandon it...

Vote with your wallet.
yeah, Vermonters! boycott Chick-Fil-A!
like...the one in Nashua, NH. or the ones in Peabody, MA or Burlington, MA. which are the only three within 100 miles of the Vermont state line.
(i know what you mean, Toddy, just emphasizing how ridiculous this suit is...there's no Chick-Fil-A in VT.)
