a few years back my Aunt passed away.
While cleaning out the house we came across some handwritten recipies that i was going to type up for my family. Many have no directions, but look simple enough to figure out

First up Italian Cheese Pie

Italian Cheese Pie
Crust
1+1/2 cups unsifted All Purpose Flour
[FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=3]1 +

unknown frozen coffee beverage / desert

2 packages Sugar Substitute
1 package gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1/3 cup non fat dry milk
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 vanilla
6 ice cubes

Put gelatin + water in blender
add all but ice + blend
gradually add ice
allow to stand 5 min.

8 oz canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon Weight Watchers Sugar Substitute

my Aunt had a huge persimmon tree in her yard.
My Uncle started it from a cutting off another one on SI
The tree is now taller than the house.

Persimmon Bread
325f oven for 45 min

1 cup ripe Persimmon pulp
