My best of friend of over 20 years lost her mom yesterday.

It's been very sad & relieving all at the same time. She had not been the woman I always knew for so long

I have to say her death has shaken me a bit. The wake was extremely hard for me. Catching up w/ old friends was great but, shouldn't we be meeting at parties like we use to & not funerals. Between this & finding out others having incurable cancer has really got me down & very sad. The reality of it all is too much.
