Just thinking...why cant we all know what they are doing with our money? Rhetorical, there is a law that protects them from ever being audited, actually.

Imagine that...

On my $1 bill it says This is a Federal Reserve Note.

So, The Federal Reserve owns and controls our money, but the people who work to earn this money is not open to open scrutiny because it is a private enterprise?

Plenty of, if not ALL private enterprises are open to audit, and ARE AUDITED by our government every day.

What gives?

It's written in the charter. Over the course of the years several have tried to get an audit in. Bernanke said that an audit of the federal reserve would be absolutely devastating to America.

That is not good enough. The so called "head" man saying that an investigation would be devestating?

Why should anyone trust that statement? Let me restate...why should any intelligent human accept that answer?

WHat could be so damaging that it should remain veiled in secrecy? Sounds pretty important to me....

And then the house of cards collapses and we're even more screwed by greed.

Which is why they will continue to pump out social engineering projects to get people to look past the root cause of the financial issues in the united states and play the two party blame game.

In a society moving globally into the idea that debt is money and that fighting inflation with inflation is going to fix this disaster, are the things they dont want people like the OWS movement talking about.

Because like lost reality said, once the card trick is exposed, it will no longer draw any players.

Yes, their should be an independent audit of the entire fed. Why not?

Dr. L that is a poor cliche to summarize something so complex.
