It would not surprise me if this was really an inside jooke by the banksters and politicians. I was looking at the debt clock last night and just started laughing. It's hysterical to look at those numbers.

Here are a few of my favorites:
Debt to GDP ratios = 104.06%
US total debt = 56.9 trillion
Total Unfunded Liabilities = 119.6 trillion
National Asset total = 90.7 trillion
Per Taxpayer Liability = 1 million (which is only 1/3 of the population)
Assets per citizen (not per taxpayer = 289,000...
Unreal. There's a lot of weight on this house of cards.

Im sure there are odds. What I find to be the most intriguing part of watching all of it is really not the when, being that is is a mathematical inevitability, but HOW. How will it come crashing down?
Thats the part that interests me...and perhaps is a bit frightening.
