BT did a free show down on New Haven Green a number of years ago... the park was packed edge to edge and BT blew the trees over

Hi Bear!

We are no longer an island and traffic is moving in and out of Rutland, albeit slow. It's amazing how fast this community has come together to help one another.

I was thinking about going to Blues Traveler this month but don't have the funds to see them, George Thorogood and Bela Fleck so I have to make some serious choices! They are all with a few weeks of each other and we are still recovering financially from our Vibes vacation! I've seen Blues Traveler several times (always enjoyable) but never Thorogood so I'm torn. Bela is a no-brainer for us!

I remember when they played Boston at the Roxy when the state just passed no smoking in bars/restaurants. Popper get's up on stage and is like "So they banned cigarette smoking in bars huh?" Then proceeds to pull out a pack of Marlboro Reds if I remember correctly, lights one up and starts blowing the smoke in the air. It was pretty funny, then proceeded to chain smoke the whole show. No idea how he can blow a harmonica like he does smoking that much!!!
