Yeah its a couple of years old. The Allmans did their Spring run there, two years ago when they got kicked out of the Beacon. Vampire Weekend, Monsters of Folk, and I believe Bob Dylan have played there. Its suppose to be beautiful, similar to the Beacon. But its way the hell up there for everyone (except you )

Last time I saw SCI was at the Tower in 2003. It was one of the shadiest crowds/scenes i have ever been involved with and I have seen a lot of Phish and Biscuits shows.

If you are planning on going to the United Palace I highly suggest getting balcony tickets. It gets hot as balls down in the orchestra.

well it's really the surcharge that just gets it up to the base price of a phish ticket. At least for NYC. But is that surprising? this is an obvious money grab. No Phish or Biscuits on tour so no competition. You didn't think they were playing for the love of the music. I mean these guys brought us EOTO:lol:
