I like Bernie. Shook hands with Obrahma way back when when Sanders was campaigning. Told him he should run for president. He laughed.

Met Bernie several times while working in Burlington. Great guy. Way to nannystatey to get elected unfortunately.

Obama had 'Joe the Plumber'. Bernie would have 'Joe, John, Jack, Jason, Jordan, Jarrod, Jeff, Justin...........

I just wish there were more Senators like him with the ballz to step up against our bank run nation

Obama had 'Joe the Plumber'.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't "Joe the Plumber" a republican thing from the McCain/Palin campaign?

yes, who went after Obama's, "Spread the wealth around" statement.

With a candidate like Bernie, there would be far more of those types opposing him as Bernie is the real deal when it comes to tax reform.

isn't it sad that we're sitting here dismissing (as a viable candidate) a man who may make a good president, because he's got the people's best interests at heart?

this place is broken. damned if i know how to fix it without a revolution.

Bernie would absolutely get my vote.

Right now I'm more concerned with the Senate and the House. Anyone who voted for the debt ceiling plan will not be getting my vote. Anyone who does not support terminating Bush tax cuts will not get my vote.

at this point? He'll have to do a lot in the next year. Otherwise I'll vote for a third party candidate.

yes

he shouldn't have signed off on it. Bush tax cut repeals should have been non-negotiable
