almost been a week now. I had a couple moments where I really wanted one but was able to get through them. The craving does not last long, it's just really intense when it comes.
I do feel a lot better already though..this time I went cold turkey..no patch, gum lozenges....

good job dude! i know exactly how you feel. my last cigarette was on february 16th and I am still going strong. The first three days were definitely the hardest, after that it was smooth sailing. It feels great, on my body and my esteem. I declare myself a non-smoker!

Congratulations!!!
I quit on 2/17...
I was feeling great, but now with allergies upon me, a lot of stuff is working its way out of my lungs...and that is sucky.![]()
Terra, right now it is sucky, but it will pass and you will suffer LESS this season without the butts. I know cause I am suffering and between the allergies and the $$$$ I am spending to kill myself, the thrill is starting to dwindle for me! I am proud of everyone that has quit or is trying. It is a life-changing event!
