Worked out yesterday. No cardio. Will do cardio upon arriving home this evening, me and The Dude.
How many does yous guys dead lift and squat? I think I am not pushing myself enough perhaps. Doing 140lb dead lifts and 130lb front squats.
135 for dead lifts. I could probably go a lot higher than this, but the lower back is one muscle group I'm not willing to push my luck with.
245 for squats
though I ain't did shit in three days, so who knows what I'll lift when I get back in.
