i started using this new app that tracks all my workouts which i'm really loving so far

back at it this morning for squats, step ups, quad extensions, hammy curls and calf presses

but for reals, the ballet shit ain't easy. no wonder football players do it.

Ballet is tough!

I went to an inversion class this am....and did my first ever tripod headstand...and better yet I did it in the middle of the room without the wall :)

Then I did the standing series of Bikram...just didn't have time to do the last half hour of seated series..gotta love a good sweat!

doubled down yesterday with 30 minutes on the stairmaster after dinner.

This mornings gun show was:

SC: 28gram Protein Shake

Pullups > Seated Rows > Preacher Curls > Incline isolation Curls > forearm rolls* > lat pull downs > Cable Curls > Bent over Rows > Forearm curls > Suicide Hammer Curl drop set

E: 48gram Protein Shake

*included inverted firemost jam

most diets call for anywhere from 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day. I weigh 190, so that 72 grams is less than 25% of my recommended daily intake for the high end of the scale.

but I will and do drink lots of water. Probably 6 pints a day minimum.

The RDA is actually .36 grams per pound. But, you are brahnold and doing heavy dongs lifts. Just make sure you drink lots of water so you dont build up ketones and put the kidneys on overdrive.

I think 1.5 g/lb is high. The normal brahnold recommendation is 1 g/lb. I was listening to the Jillian Michaels podcast (lolJillainMichaels) and they say that there was some study that says .6 g/lb is optimal for muscle gain.

I don't know, the brahnold at GNC gave me some muscle mag that said 1-1.5. I never hit 1.5. I'm lucky to get 190g in a day.

Worked out yesterday. No cardio. Will do cardio upon arriving home this evening, me and The Dude.

How many does yous guys dead lift and squat? I think I am not pushing myself enough perhaps. Doing 140lb dead lifts and 130lb front squats.
