ran this morning. not the greatest...had to break & walk for a bit towards the end
i started using this new app that tracks all my workouts which i'm really loving so far

I pretty much gorilla'd out last night. This morning I got up and dressed for the yawg, but didn't make it out the door.

my wife has a ballet work out vid she wants me to try with her tonight
will probably be one of the best work outs you've ever had! You'll wake up sore in places you didn't know could be sore LOL I

well, the ballet routine didn't fully pwn me
back at it this morning for squats, step ups, quad extensions, hammy curls and calf presses
but for reals, the ballet shit ain't easy. no wonder football players do it.

I went to an inversion class this am....and did my first ever tripod headstand...and better yet I did it in the middle of the room without the wall
Then I did the standing series of Bikram...just didn't have time to do the last half hour of seated series..gotta love a good sweat!

most diets call for anywhere from 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day. I weigh 190, so that 72 grams is less than 25% of my recommended daily intake for the high end of the scale.
but I will and do drink lots of water. Probably 6 pints a day minimum.
