skipped my yoga this am to do an errand for the Alliance for NJ Env. Ed...and well that fell through...which means i guess I should go walking today or something....blah!

didn't make it to yoga...didn't get home until 3 am last night, couldn't sleep until close to five....but going out on a boat today and hope to do some swimming in the lake....that counts right?

Nice work. I am finding that I don’t despise yawging as much as I used to now that I can do it a little bit. The Dude is a pain in the ass on the yawgs, though. He always has to stop and take a shit. So I have to yawg with a bag of shit in one hand and him on the leash in the other hand. Then he thinks he needs to piss on every tree we pass. Such a pain. But he is a good boy, and enjoys our yawgs.

I am pretty excited about my time as well. I haven’t been able to yawg 2 miles this quickly since I played college soccer, prior to starting smoking.
