Nice work everyone. I aint did shit this morning. I will yawg the gawg 2 miles this evening, though. On yesterday I did Front Squats > Reverse Lunges > Incline Dumbbell Presses > Single Arm Rows.

The book tells him which one to do every 3 days...

No. I write out a week's exercise program in excel and then print it out. Mondays are Front Squats > Reverse Lunges > Incline Dumbbell Presses > Single Arm Rows. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are Spartacus I, Wednesday is Chinups > Pull Throughs > Hang Clean and Press > Weighted Situps. Friday is Dead Lifts > Barbell Rows > Dips > Reverse Hypers on Swiss Ball. Sunday is Big Arms Workout.

If you want a copy of the spreadsheet I can forward it to you.

In all for realness, the book only says to do the MWF workouts, but yous guys give me so much shit that I added to it with the TRS workouts. The Big Arms workout I do because I like it. And big arms.

though I move ab workouts onto cardio days.

M - workout 1
T - abs/cardio
W - workout 2
Th - workout 3
Friday - abs/cardio in morning, workout 4 in afternoon
Saturday - cardio
Sunday - abs/cardio

Taking a lot of advice on their diet recs and supplements. So far, down 4# in two weeks. 13 to go

I am capable of putting 4# back on in a weekend no prob. Carbs are the devil to me. zero burnage, converted straight to jelly belly'd.:undecided:

.....but if I get to 180, I'll be psyched. 175 and I might give up lifting foreve's as I'll never do better than that. :funny1:

funny, i can consume all the carbs in the world & still somehow maintain my weight....they're easy for me to burn.
fat & sugar on the other hand is a no-no. since i quit nut butter sammiches for lunch my weight has stayed at 127 no matter how gluttonous my weekends get :Phishfolk:

doubled down last night and did 30 minutes of intervals on the stairmaster

then slept through my wookout this morning. :lol:

hopefully can squeeze in my shoulder routine tonight and not miss a day.

Didn't do shoulders as scheduled yesterday, so I guess that's my off day for the week. Decided to watch the Pats 2nd stringers beat the living crap out of Jacksonville.

Will do the shoulders today after work.
