though I move ab workouts onto cardio days.
M - workout 1
T - abs/cardio
W - workout 2
Th - workout 3
Friday - abs/cardio in morning, workout 4 in afternoon
Saturday - cardio
Sunday - abs/cardio
Taking a lot of advice on their diet recs and supplements. So far, down 4# in two weeks. 13 to go

I should ad
I am capable of putting 4# back on in a weekend no prob. Carbs are the devil to me. zero burnage, converted straight to jelly belly'd.
.....but if I get to 180, I'll be psyched. 175 and I might give up lifting foreve's as I'll never do better than that.

funny, i can consume all the carbs in the world & still somehow maintain my weight....they're easy for me to burn.
fat & sugar on the other hand is a no-no. since i quit nut butter sammiches for lunch my weight has stayed at 127 no matter how gluttonous my weekends get
