Insnity Fit Test 2 today and I almost did as well as the guy on there. Tied him for some and he crushed me in a couple. Improvements all over the place. What it basically comes down to is how hard you can push yourself.
I am getting ser ripped brehms. Ser. Goona do some light back work tonight and then Soccer starts tomorrow.

But I'm back in the game and did a pretty decent Zumba class tonight. Step tomorrow and then strength training wed. Yup.

hey
....so i was riding the indoor bike this morning & came across the insanity infomercial & i has 2 questions....1) how long is each workout on average? & 2) do you do it every day?
1. The workouts, so far, range from 25 minutes (the recovery day (Thursday) and the fit test day (every other Monday)) to about an hour (pure cardio and then cardio abs). But I am only 3 weeks in. I know it changes for the second month, but I don't know what those workouts are yet.
2. Sundays are the off day.
The only day I have missed so far is today because I woke up late. But I'll do it when I get home.

I haven't done much in a couple weeks with Strangecreek and all. Didn't sleep much for 5 days then came home and pretty much slept for three or four days lol.
But I'm back in the game and did a pretty decent Zumba class tonight. Step tomorrow and then strength training wed. Yup.

The good news is that these Burton Batons have almost 300 calories in them. So that weight loss shouldn't hold up.

And I completed the entire warmup. First time ever. So stoked. I might go for a jog one day this week, just to see my time. But, I have Insanity every day and 2 soccer games. Might be too much.
