Upped the running speed on Sunday and yesterday. More weights but less ouchies.
Nice job Wit! My gym offers Zumba. I'm going to have to use the treadmill so I can lurk during one of the classes. I believe I'm far too uncoordinated for such endeavors.

Meh, if my clients can do it (and they DO It's AWESOME) then you can do it. I will say, it is a much different experience shaking your ass to someone else's moves while sober than you're own all hopped up.

I took a leisurely walk yesterday with a couple clients, but by the time the afternoon came I felt really burned out and a little overwhelmed with all the things I needed to do at home, so I didn't do anything. Sucks cause tonight and tomorrow I can't do my regular workout because I have meetings in the evening. Hopefully I'll at least have the energy for an elliptical or something.

Still have a bike ride to the train and a walk with a client today.

what kind of glute workouts do they have you doing in class?
i swam SO much better last night! was able to immediately get into my "groove" (usually takes 1-2 laps to get back to good form) & i was able to complete multiple 150 yd. drills (was never able to do more than 100 w/o feeling spent). my triceps still get sore pretty quickly, but my coach says it's normal & that i just need more conditioning. gonna try to get back in the pool this weekend

There's a woman at my gym who lost 100# by changing her diet and doing a 20 minute kettle work out a 5 days a week for a year.
They're hard as hell. I was doing them for a while, but I found I prefer more traditional lifting workouts to target various body parts by day. Kettle workouts are typically full body.
I've somewhat fallen off the wagon lately only getting in 2-3 workouts a week. My summer schedule is much easier though with only taking one class, so I plan on kicking things back up.
