back it on the semi-reg for the past couple weeks. gym every other day, skiing as much as I can.
being a loser resulted in an 8# weight gain.

Doing something every weekday and hoping to add a weekend day this week. Classes at the gym a few times a week are good- they get more out of me than I would know how to do myself. Hiking a few times a week on the way home from work.
I've cut sour cream and meat from my diet, and trying to decrease the cheese. Not eating ham or turkey sandwiches means my addiction to Hellman's is less an issue.
I'm just happy to be getting active. It feels good.

Jumping on the bandwagon! No smokes in almost three months, and subsequently have added about 5-7 lbs. Been doing stuff sporadically but no routine. Tomorrow morning that is all going to change!
Planned treadmill (30+ min) and weights (upper body, core, etc.). I hope muscle memory is accurate and that I will be back to what I was doing before I was a dumbass and started smoking. I was swimming 1+ mile two days/week (about 1/2 hr) and running 3+ miles combined with weights two days/wk. Hey Wit, if I'm not there by Vibes I give you permission to grope me... once.
Lucky for me I'm good at wanting it both ways.
Yesterday was cardio step- damn that makes me sweat! And I picked up a couple more moves so I only spun around in confused circles for half the session!
Tonight strength training- lots of abs, thighs, shoulders, calves, always always always glutes.
This is fun.

Flat Bench > Tricep Pull overs > Incline Barbell Press> Shrugs > Tricep Press downs > Shoulder Flies > Tricep Presses 60 second Ab planks between sets lucked out with the Classic Rock station at the gym instead of the typical Katy Perry / Lady Gaga station
Those ab planks are bitchin! Erin turned me on...like her I'd like to think I could start my morning with them, but at this point it's highly unlikely.
