too much work and school towards the end of 11' and well, whole lotta lolain'tdidshitatude and I fell off the train in December.

back it on the semi-reg for the past couple weeks. gym every other day, skiing as much as I can.

being a loser resulted in an 8# weight gain. :undecided:

can't fall of the train again

skied all day today. Beautiful day up on Gunstock. Snow sucked, but the view across Lake Winni to Mount Washington.........incredible.

Doing a decent job the last few weeks of hitting the iron. Packed on 10# through January, but I've dropped some. Back in the low 180s. Need to shed a solid 10

Hovering around 170. Dropped below 169, then went up two pounds again.

I want in, I'm totally going to be ripped for Vibes, but I'm not going to pay attention to your weights, it just makes me feel bad. :lol:

Doing something every weekday and hoping to add a weekend day this week. Classes at the gym a few times a week are good- they get more out of me than I would know how to do myself. Hiking a few times a week on the way home from work.

I've cut sour cream and meat from my diet, and trying to decrease the cheese. Not eating ham or turkey sandwiches means my addiction to Hellman's is less an issue.

I'm just happy to be getting active. It feels good. :smile:

about 2 weeks ago. I did a 3.6 mile walk. All they way down to the end of a Rail Trail segment and back. I've only worked out once since then. I'm always tired and I've gained 7 lbs.

Jumping on the bandwagon! No smokes in almost three months, and subsequently have added about 5-7 lbs. Been doing stuff sporadically but no routine. Tomorrow morning that is all going to change! :D Planned treadmill (30+ min) and weights (upper body, core, etc.). I hope muscle memory is accurate and that I will be back to what I was doing before I was a dumbass and started smoking. I was swimming 1+ mile two days/week (about 1/2 hr) and running 3+ miles combined with weights two days/wk. Hey Wit, if I'm not there by Vibes I give you permission to grope me... once. :lol:

Yesterday was cardio step- damn that makes me sweat! And I picked up a couple more moves so I only spun around in confused circles for half the session! :lol:
Tonight strength training- lots of abs, thighs, shoulders, calves, always always always glutes. :lol:
