Also, I love bodybuilding.com. I used to buy my supplements from Amazon, but they take too long to ship. I have been buying from bodybuilding.com lately and they're great. The stuff ships same day, even on the weekend. It gets to you in like 3 days. And they always throw in freebies. I love it. Just saying is all. Just got in fresh 5 pound jugs of casein and whey. Gorilla'd.

I was supposed to make it to yoga yesterday and today....but alas mother nature had a different idea...yesterday I was snowed in at a friend's house and this morning I pulled my back (personally think I popped a rib again) cleaning stupid snow from my car :/
No class for me tomorrow, but hoping I can get to the chiro and get to class (either dance or yoga) on Tuesday

too snowy for biking this weekend but i did get in a couple of runs.
some speed work friday & a longer run sunday...got up to 6 miles sunday at an average of 9:08 min/mile & felt surprisingly great the whole time!

It was so much fun. Going to a hot yoga class tomorrow morning and hopefully a fundraising flow class in the afternoon. Tomorrow is going to need that 'extra hour'...but I think I can make it work!

my thighs & hip flexors are a lil bit sore this morning, but whatevs

I am so sore today...head to toe...and then had to sit for hours at a workshop...everytime i oved i ached.
Going to soul sweat in the am
And for doing jack shit in the work out department (besides 2 yoga classes) I lost a lb this week....weird
