Was so bored with working at home. Joined a gym. Lost 4 lbs. Cardio tonight (spinning or step, not sure yet).

biked saturday & ran yesterday...not a great run, it was hot as fuck out & my whole body was angry because of it :(

Lyme disease made me feel like shit for a few weeks, and there was some other stuff going on recently, but I got to the gym for some cardio Monday and tonight.

ran a bit last night
4.27 miles in 37 min (sprinted 4 x 60s)...thought i could get slightly better time, but i don't think i was sprinting as fast as before (which is actually a good thing because the crazy fast sprints were putting a bit too much stress on my knees).

strength training tonight...maybe :lol:

Sign'd. I think I pulled my left glute. First it felt like a massive cramp. I tried stretching it out and that kind of went away but now it feels pulled. Lols. Oh well. Should be good to go by next Monday's game.

I really did not want to workout last night but, I did. Straight leg deadlifts > Dips > Pullups > Swiss Ball Crunches.

Today I aint doing shit. Might take for a yawg. Might not.

yea, the foam rollers are great. i've used them for my it band, glutes & calves...it can be painful, but it works out all the kinks

I went out for my first jog in over a year yesterday. Felt really good, and i went about a mile before I had to switch to walking...

Fall judo started again. School and the nature of dental assisting has me more active, in general. Living at my mom's has me climbing stairs regularly, and i'm feeling my left leg getting stronger and better at supporting my weight. I need to get a new case of water to keep in my trunk.

My ankle hurts, sometimes. Don't know if it's the cold weather or standing up all the time or both, but sometimes i get scared that choosing a more active field was a bad choice. Mostly i just really feel my screws on the inside of my ankle, so maybe i just need warmer shoes and socks.

keepin' the weight down. Weighed in at 181 today. That means I'm down 34# since I joined the gym 2 years ago. Still feel like I could drop another 10-15. jelly belly'd
