So like, what do we talk about and stuff? I don't do the whole protein smoothie 25 eggs for breakfast lift 200 lb. weights bullshit. I'll walk the dogs all week and occasionally ride the exercise bike or do yoga. Can I join your exclusive gorilla juice head club?

ohhhhh a new thread for a new year, huh?
something makes me think the outcome will be just the same, though
today was the first day back in about a week....biked for a lil while. got caught in some rain so i cut it short.
need to get back into the swing of things hard! i put on about 3 lbs from over the course of the weekend...thank you gyro man

I am going to start something next week. I've already got the eating healthy thing down. Now just to make a get more active plan. 
(I say next week because a. it's too hot and b. I have a sinus thing/congestion, and if I don't rest, I will get more sick, and nobody wants that.

That said, ain't did shit this morning. Worked til midnight, couldn't get to sleep til 2, back at work at 8:30.
But, the day isn't over yet. May try and sneak in some hot elliptical action at lunch
