something makes me think the outcome will be just the same, though
today was the first day back in about a week....biked for a lil while. got caught in some rain so i cut it short.
need to get back into the swing of things hard! i put on about 3 lbs from over the course of the weekend...thank you gyro man

(I say next week because a. it's too hot and b. I have a sinus thing/congestion, and if I don't rest, I will get more sick, and nobody wants that. )

Protip: excuses generally don't go over to well in the GR4V threads. Especially if you're like and say a book told you it was best to only workout twice a week.
That said, ain't did shit this morning. Worked til midnight, couldn't get to sleep til 2, back at work at 8:30.
But, the day isn't over yet. May try and sneak in some hot elliptical action at lunch
