ride from CT to Long Island early Saturday a.m.

But the ferry will be. $17 each way.

They don't make it easy. There is no overnight parking in Port Jeff at the ferry terminal, so it is difficult to get home from ferry on Sat. a.m.

I have parked over night at the ferry terminal in PJ many of times. :dunno:

park where there aren't meters in one of the many shopping center parking lots...have friends in CT and have left the car there for 4 or 5 days without incident...also have another friend that does it often and never had problems...maybe move the car to a different spot each time you go back n forth if need be:dunno:
