What's your favorite grilled cheese combo? Mine are spinch/artichoke/mozz/parm and jalapeno/cream cheese/cheddar

cheddar, crispy thick cut bacon, real summertime tomatoes + fresh cracked black pepper on hearty whole grain bread and mayo on the outside before it hits the grill.

I also make a mashheed potato/spinach/garlic/carmelized onion/ cheddar thing I like and sometimes I put bacon on it.

I've never had melted cheese and bread I didn't like.

 

I've been making bacon jam:

 

That with roasted red peppers (or once I cooked the bacon jam with red pepper in it) with sharp cheddar or goat gouda on sourdough. 

 

Bringing much bacon jam to Vibes! Much bacon jam!

 

ooOOOoo I really wanna try mashed potatoes. And this leek confit? This needs investigating!
