wtf, medium rare is not rare and the reason should not be the thick part takes longer to cook.
you are a gdmf steakhouse.
first time it was raw
then you sent it back 1/2 well and 1/2 raw
the third try was even worse, but out of the 3 plates I managed to get some medium rare.
you should just be glad this was on the company and not my dime.
