Ah yes, of course not.  Perhaps you could borrow Conklin's tent and have your own place.

Or are you looking for #1s of the candidate canine? Every time CP texts one to me, I delete it, so I don't have one to post. Basically it has a big nose, a big tongue, and weighs a lot more than a cat. It's also less intelligent and can't purr.

Glad to hear the candidates weigh a lot more than a cat, so you don't end up with a football dog.

there are some dogs i have really loved in my life and i am a pet lover in general. but i'm a cat person (as you are all painfully aware). the three things i like least least about dogs are:

1) they slobber

2) they don't cover their poop

3) they are not self-grooming

Some kind of Golden retriever-German shepherd-boxer mix. CP told me I can't call her a mutt.

She also told me not to say bad things about the dog.

Aww rescue mutts are the best kind of dog. How is it going? Are you warming up to him/her? Cats accepting the dog? I have 2 rescue dogs and partner has 1 rescue cat.....the cat rules the house. It is pretty funny that the dogs are 10 times the size of the cat, but they are terrified of the cat.

Golden-shepherd mix. Sweet as pie and well behaved, except a tendency to pull on the leash. I'm sure she needs to run, but we probably won't let her off leash for a few days until we're confident she'll stay with the pack.

No, we just stop her when she tries to get ahead, and start walking again when she's calm.

We got her a dog pack so she can carry some weight. She got really serious when we put the pack on her. The shepherd in her wants to be a service dog, and the retriever wants to run. I don't think she's been run since she was a puppy. The first owners kept her crated in a basement or chained up outside. She got walked by the foster home, but she needs an outlet. I can't wait to get her to the dog park and out to Sleeping Giant.

CP put that goofy flower on her collar, but she looks like a hunting dog. I love how she has the shepherd face and body with the golden retriever ears, legs, and tail.
