Is there a payment plan for the regular tickets? My brother is interested in purchasing his ticket on Black Friday, but would like to pay in installments.

Is this really a thing?  'Cause it would be a cool thing if it was a thing.

I highly doubt it. My understanding is that festivals do early bird pricing to encourage folks to kick in money well before the event so that the organizers have some dough on hand to pay deposits, hire/pay for organizers, etc. Wouldn't make sense for them to stretch out having that money come in.

You raise a good point about the early bird pricing. I know Mountain Jam did allow for installments on their early bird tickets. Not a big deal, but it's a nice option to have.

I don't ever remember any payment plans for Vibes tickets? Are you maybe confusing it with another festival? (Not that you could compare). :)

Vibes will be once again offering installment plan purchases for both weekend camping and VIP tickets -

They are not available at this pricing tier, but they will be available shortly after EB sells out!

Still..... this price, is the best price you are gonna get all year - so i say buy NOW and dont wait for the installment!

Love ya VibeTribe!

VIP should be the same price until sold out or gate.

Was great to hear from you dee!  Here's the answer for everyone else - if you are signed up for our newsletter, you will receive notification when installment plan is going to happen.  Generally, its one payment now, and then 3-4 more monthly payments on the first of each month.   More details soon :)

Anyone want to chime in on their thoughts of the VIP ticket?  I've gone a few years non-VIP but tend to enjoy that status at all other festies.  Looking to know if you feel it is worth while here being there is no meal plan or real VIP stage viewing areas in front that I know of, but I could totally be wrong here.

you get one meal a day and this meal is a large meal that enables you to have a plate of salad and then whatever the meal is

plus, there are fresh fruits, snacks and beverages available all day, every day

and cheaper beer

and there is an elevated viewing area but it is adjacent to the vip hospitality tent, not up by the stage like it was at ILCC

but its a good area to be, great sight lines and sound

< VIP at vibes since 05

i joined for the easy entry and stayed for the excellent digs and hot showers :D

all the rest (free schwag, etc.) is all gravy

if you need to use a payment plan to go to a festival, you might want to reconsider your priorities.

VIP is an awesome way to go at Vibes, been doing it for the last 3 years.  And what's the difference between doing a payment plan for a festival as opposed to any other vacation? Or as opposed to paying on a credit card for a festival, other than any fees that may attach would actually go to an organization I actually like as opposed to the credit card company?

Was that necessary?

I suppose that could be true but I'd rather give it all to them up front so they have the much needed cash flow and not have to worry about accounting. I charge it and transfer to a no interest account, which gives me a full year to pay and Vibes has all the money now. I realize that wouldn't be an option for everyone~

Peace...........

I like stretching out the payments...call my priorities out of whack, they probably are.
