Done turkey twice this way for T-day, comes out awesome...have also done different roasts of beef in a bacon wrap, also awesome...is anything wrapped in bacon not awesome?

my buddy baldo did this for Thanksgiving last year and said it was awesome.  I don't think my mom will go for it.  :lol:

Why would you need to season bacon?

I would only make the Bacon Turkey with turkey bacon, so here's some more niceties for you  instead.

It goes pretty well with your standard turkey seasonings.  Bell's Seasoning works well.  Have done applewood rub with it as well, very nice.
