Handful of spinach
1/4 cup red cabbage
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup walnut nuggets
1/4 cup broccolli
1/8 cup dried cranberries
1/8 cup gorganzola cheese (VERY IMPORTANT!!!)
Dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
some pepper, maybe some turket coldcut..and you're good to go!
All organic if you can get it.
Can't pack much more nutrition into a meal than that.
