how did i not know this? i'm going around the house shutting windows and mopping up windowsills and i find Tiger in one window getting rained on, wind raging, almost constant thunder and lightning and he's right there. he looked kind of glad to see me but he wasn't afraid and once i closed that window, he whined until i showed him the bathroom one was still open and he jumped up to that one. weirdo.
