Thanks! I took some classes about 15 yrs ago and really enjoyed it. Wouldn't be a bad thing if I brought this back into my life :)

Yeah, I hear you. I need to incorporate Tai Chi into my daily life as well. I spent a couple hours one morning working with this video, but I haven't done it again since. The warm up stretching exercises that are shown in this video to loosen up before starting Tai Chi are excellent in their own right. Just doing those everyday would improve a person's overall health. Then add the Tai Chi on top of that and you would be feeling pretty fantastic.
