So I'm considering going gluten free in preparation for my renewed Ironman training.  Does anyone have any tips, suggestions or preferred sources or weblinks for recipes, lifestyle choices, etc.  I'm aiming to begin in September so I want to have a wealth of information and recipes to draw from through the coming months.  The idea is to avoid as much pre-prepared packaged products as possible and keep it as natural as possible.

I've been doing this for 3 months to reduce inflammation.  Far easier that I ever imagined.  Whole foods rather than processed/packaged.

Erinisme, I have been bookmarking a lot of recipes I have been culling from your posts and links.  These are awesome.  Our "go date" us September 1st.  Wish us luck.

I also found a helpful cookbook entitled "Cooking for Isaiah" that's proven to be very helpful.
