My sister-in-law Pat who has been sick on and off for the last several years, and on life support for the last month or so, passed away this morning.

My brother is taking it extrememly hard, but my nephews and the rest of my family and are doing okay as we all knew that this was probably going to happen.

Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Thanks so much Erin, and everyone. We had a small memorial mass for her yesterday afternoon and a gathering at my mom's house afterwards that was really nice.

They're doing alright... as well as can be expected, thank you.

It's been a bit rough, but they are at happy knowing that she is not suffering anymore and they are finding peace as they've been sorting through her belongings as they can make time to, and passing on anything they can to friends or other family who might need or want her stuff. My brother has been busy sorting through all of the house/car/insurance paperwork making changes as needed. It's been rough on him, but he's making the best of it as he can!
