Up at 6:30 to put a bacon-wrapped venison roast on the smoker. Marinated it in Savasana, our home brewed strong ale, onion, Worcestershire, Braggs cider vinegar last night. Rubbed it with chipotle and some other herbs before wrapping it in a lattice of bacon this morning. Dinner/brunch is at 1:00 Enjoy the day all.
i am at work until 3 pm
but i only have one guy home so i am in the office doing some paperwork
well, right now i am eating a whole wheat breakfast bagel with egg and turkey bacon and drinking and browsing the boards but soon i will be doing work
no plans today
might go for a walk in the woods right after work
