looks like i left the tomato juice out last night.

i bought it from the farmers market yesterday, not from concentrate, only tomatos, sea salt and v. C.

glass bottle was sealed.

looks and smells ok, no noted gas build up when i opened it.

1/2 gallon jar , 1 quart left.

that's what i was thinking. between the acid that was in the tomatos, the extra from the v. C and the salt.

i might wait until after lunch, just in case.

Nah, I have left organic tomato juice sitting out opened with the lid on for a couple of days and suffered no ill effects upon drinking.

Just to be safe, add a dash of Tabasco and stir with celery. Drink three glasses of this mixture and report back to us.

It's so easy to make an awesome Bloody Mary, I don't know why anyone buys the mixes.   :dunno:

Lots of horseradish

Tabasco

Fresh ground black pepper

little pinch of celery seed

Worcestershire

piece of lemon

garnish with a big ole garlic stuffed green olive

Gd: And remember Moses, in the laws of keeping Kosher, never cook a calf in its mother's milk. It is cruel.

Moses: Ohhhhhh! So you are saying we should never eat milk and meat together.

Gd: No, what I'm saying is, never cook a calf in its mother's milk.

Moses: Oh, Lord forgive my ignorance! What you are really saying is we should wait six hours after eating meat to eat milk so the two are not in our stomachs.

Gd: No, Moses, what I'm saying is, never cook a calf in its mother's milk!!!

Moses: Oh, Lord! Please don't strike me down for my stupidity! What you mean is we should have a separate set of dishes for milk and a separate set for meat and if we make a mistake we have to bury that dish outside...

Gd: Moses, do whatever you want!

A British Jew is waiting in line to be knighted by the Queen.

He is to kneel in front of her and recite a sentence in Latin when she taps him on the shoulders with her sword.

However, when his turn comes, he panics in the excitement of the moment and forgets the Latin.

Then, thinking fast, he recites the only other sentence he knows in a foreign language, which he remembers from the Passover Seder:

"Ma nishtana ha layla ha zeh mi kol ha laylot."

Puzzled, Her Majesty turns to her advisor and whispers,

"Why is this knight different from all other knights?"

prolly will, they only sell it in quarts = 1 days worth

George W.  Bush, in an airport lobby, noticed a man in
a long flowing white robe with a long flowing white
beard and flowing white hair. The man had a staff in one
hand and some stone tablets under the other arm.

George W.  approached the man and inquired,
"Aren't you Moses?"

The man ignored George W.  and stared at the ceiling.

George W.  positioned himself more directly in the man's
view and asked again, "Aren't you Moses?"

The man continued to peruse the ceiling.

George W.  tugged at the man's sleeve and asked once
again, "Aren't you Moses?"

The man finally responded in an irritated voice,
"Yes I am".

George W.  asked him why he was so uppity and the man
replied,

"The last time I spoke to a Bush I had to
spend forty years in the desert".
